At Forward Assist Project, every product is printed on demand specifically for you. We don't keep warehouses full of inventory, and we don't believe in unnecessary waste. That means each item is made when you place your order.
Because of this, all sales are generally final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect sizing, changes of mind, or shipping addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.
That said, we're not here to hide behind policies or leave our customers hanging. We believe in accountability, fairness, and doing right by the people who support us.
If We Mess Up, We'll Make It Right.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or otherwise fails to meet our quality standards, reach out to us. We're happy to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
We take pride in what we put our name on, and we want you to feel the same pride wearing it.
